Typical black pottery of Bisalhães.

The black colour is obtained by placing the items in a ground oven covered with green pine tree branches, which is then set on fire and covered with mud so that no fumes are released.
There are various shapes, sizes and patterns.
Usually the shopkeepers show the first steps of production on site.
